Is pickup really free?
Yes. Collection, loading and transport are completely free anywhere in the UAE. We never ask you for a fee.
How soon can you collect?
In most cases, the same day. Send us photos on WhatsApp and we’ll book a same-day pickup wherever possible, or the next slot that suits you.
What can I donate?
Sofas, beds and clean mattresses, dining sets, wardrobes and cabinets, office furniture, working appliances, electronics and household items. See What We Accept for the full list.
What can't you accept?
Broken or unsafe furniture, stained or soiled mattresses, items with pests or mould, built-in fixtures, and hazardous items such as paint, chemicals or gas cylinders.
Where do my donated items go?
Usable furniture and appliances are passed on to families and workers who need them. Items that can’t be reused are recycled wherever possible.
Do I need to dismantle or carry anything?
No. Our team dismantles large items like beds and wardrobes, carries everything out and loads the vehicle. Just make sure we can reach the items.
